How to install Smuxi in Ubuntu

To Install Smuxi On Ubuntu 16.04

Smuxi is a free Twitter, XMPP, IRC, and JabbR client developed in GTK+3. It has support for notifications, browser mode, word completion, full keyboard control, word wrapping, integrated spell checking, unified nickname colors, clickable URLs, and full screen mode. Installation of Smuxi in Ubuntu is explained in this manual.

To install Smuxi Package

Run the following command to add the repository.

root@linuxhelp1:~# add-apt-repository ppa:meebey/smuxi-stable

To Launch smuxi

Start the smuxi from the dashboard, by searching the smuxi icon.



To remove the smuxi package run the following command.
