How to use Productivity on Odoo
Today, in this tutorial you will be briefed about productivity module, an app available on Odoo, and the method to use it. Productivity module is basically a to-do list or notes maintained by each employees about their project growth or day to day work. Each employee can maintain their own notes for different purposes and can be viewed later.

To start using the productivity module, install the app then go to the notes tab on the header
Create a new note save the changes.
Now the note gets displayed in kanban view you can drag and drop on the nearby fields required.
You can change the notes from one field to another field in kanban view.

Initial balance for an account is managed by creating a journal entry for the account. For example, if we have 10000 INR in our bank account. First, create an account with type equity. Then create a journal entry with bank journal. Now credit 10000 in your newly created opening account and debit it from default bank account.
It worked well for me.
