How to use Recruitment process on Odoo
For over a period of one week, we have been dicussing about various applications in Odoo. Today, in this tutorial you will be briefed about Recruitment process, an app available on Odoo, and the method to use it.This application is used to organize the various vacancies of your company in various job applications. The administrator can also customize the recruitment process and also track applicants along with his documents and also create our own interview format.
Recruitment process- Odoo
Before beginning the installation procedure, install the Recruitment module on Odoo. Go for the Recruitment tab on header and click the job position. If you want to create new job position and click “ create” option.
Provide the name and other relevant details of that particular position which contains the vacancies.
After creating the job vacancy. Go to the job positions tab and click the applications option to know the number of applications that is received.
Go to the Applicants option and create job application of the candidate, provide the details and save it.
You can also attach the documents or cover letters of individual applicants.
