Answer
Check for the permissions or else there must be log generated for this error. Refer for further step.
Re-check with the packages you installed and also version compatibility.

Nagios homescreen is not working
I have installed and configured all the setup for Nagios tool. But when I call it from browser, only username and password prompt screen appears. Once its given the below error appears.
