To install App Grid in Ubuntu

App Grid is a lightweight software center. The intuitive graphical user interface offers a grid view of the install-able applications like screenshots and ratings. Installation of App Grid in Ubuntu is explained in this manual.

Installation of App Grid

First add the repositories with the following command.

root@linuxhelp1:~# add-apt-repository ppa:appgrid/stable

Now its time to open the installed software in Unity dash. Type appgrid in the search bar and then click on the App Grid icon.

Here you can be able to start work on the App Grid software.

To remove App Grid

Run the below command to uninstall the App Grid.

root@linuxhelp1:~# apt-get remove appgrid -y

GRID Autosport requires an iPhone SE, an iPhone 7 or newer, an iPad (2017) or any iPad Pro, and iOS 11 or later.

The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are not officially supported as they do not meet the performance standards required for a consistently smooth experience. If you download GRID Autosport on an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, you can play the game but may experience graphical glitches, poor performance and/or stability issues. Older iPhones are not supported at all.

The iPad Air 2, and older iPads, are not supported at all as they do not meet the performance standards required to play the game.
