How to install Calligra in Debian 8.3

Calligra Suite is an office suite similar to the LibreOffice or OpenOffice suites, being available on Kubuntu and other KDE-based Linux systems. The Calligra suite contains the following apps: Words, Stage, Sheets, Flow, and Kexi (office apps), Krita and Karbon (graphics manipulation) and Plan (project management). This tutorial explains the installation procedure of Calligra.

Installation Procedure

To start the installation procedure, first add the repo in the terminal.

root@linuxhelp:~# nano /etc/apt/sources.list

Open the configuration file and enter the following lines in the file. After adding, save and exit the file.

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main

Next update the apt source in the system.
