How to install RawTherapee in Debian 8.3

To install RawTherapee in Debian

RawTherapee is an open-source raw image processor which is used for designing and developing raw photos which includes unusual ones like those from cameras using Foveon and X-Trans sensors. Installation of RawTherapee in Debian is explained in this tutorial.

To install RawTherapee

Before installing RawTherapee, add the repo by using the following command. 

root@linuxhelp:~# nano /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main

Once it is done, update the apt source list by triggering the following command. 

root@linuxhelp:~# apt-get update
