Try removing the mysql lock file and reboot

#rm /var/lock/subsys/mysqld
#rm /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
#reboot

That is due, you tried to upload an old version backup into a new Elastix version.Basically the problem is due to the change in the freepbx configuration. The way to fix this problem is to install the same previous Elastix version.
