Answer
Check for the existence of php-mbstring using yum info command. Since you are installing for php7, do as follows.
# yum info php70w-mbstring
# yum install php70w-mbstring
This package will show only if Webtatic repo is installed in your machine.

How to install php-mbstring
I need to install php-mbstring module for php7. While doing so i got following error.
I have uninstalled all the 5.3 packages but still it says conflicted....
