i also faced this kind of issue. try to install packman repository on opensuse to fix this issue. you can install packman repository in both Graphical and CLI. After installation of repository kindly reboot your machine.

Graphical installation

yast -> software repositories -> add button -> community repositories -> next -> "once repos ae loaded" -> packman repository -> ok -> Trust button

Command line installation

# zypper ar -f -n packmanhttp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/suse/openSUSELeap42.1/ packman
