Zimbra, which was built as an enterprise level email, calendar and collaboration solution can be accessed through both public and private clouds.  It comprises of an email server and a web client which together facilitates e-mail and document sharing services. It enables an easy e-mailing solution due to its browser like interface. It connects the users to their personal clouds which has a mailbox that comprises of many enterprise applications. Accessing and storing important emails, contacts and calendar notes can be effectively done in Zimbra.  Accessing Zimbra through a virtual machine is also possible.
