Thanks for this tutorial. Very helpful for new Linux Mint user! To make your tutorial timeless (or at least, working after Linux Mint 19 and beyond), I would add steps to compare the Linux Mint version to the Ubuntu version, to which the Master PDF Editor is targeted. New users might not realize that they need to run these commands as root. I prefixed every command with "sudo" for the smooth install.
