Answer
Go to Security Center -> Host access control, in that type the daemon name as ssh and Access list as the IP you need to block and in action say Deny.
And in the next line daemon as ssh, access as ALL and the action as Allow.

How to block an IP to ssh my server from cpanel
I need to block a Particular IP to deny SSH service alone in my server. Is it possible from cpanel GUI..?
