Answer
Its possible, you can display any images in SQUID.
There is a file called ERRACCESSDENIED file located in /usr/share/squid/errors/en/.
Just add the code with the image path. Once it is done, if the process is denied the image in the respective path will be displayed.

How to display image while block in SQUID
In my proxy server, I have blocked some sites to few IPaddress. When they access that site an message called " THE PROXY SERVER IS REFUSING CONNECTION" . Instead of that message, is it possible to display some Access Denied image.
