Dotclear is an open source blog publishing application with multilingual interface and publishing capabilities released under the GNU GPLv2. Dotclear is web publishing tool, created to publish websites. Dotclear offers features like handling many blogs, using Wiki or XHTML syntax for entries, adding pages that are independent from the flow of entries and support for several database types like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQLite, syndication feeds, full unicode support, xml/rpc client support. To install Dotclear locally Apache server, MySQL database and PHP support is needed.
