To install GNU Cash on Ubuntu 17.04
GnuCash is free small-business, financial-accounting software designed to be easy to use, yet powerful and flexible. It allows you to track bank accounts, stocks, income and expenses. It also contains features such as double-entry bookkeeping, scheduled transactions, multi-currency transaction handling, budget and credit card reconciliation. This tutorial covers the installation procedure of GNU cash on Ubuntu 17.04.
Installation procedure
To start with the installation procedure, add repository in default repository path of ubuntu.
root@linuxhelp:~# sudo sh -c ' echo " deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu $(lsb_release -sc)-getdeb apps" > > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list'
The repositories are added to the system. Update your system by executing the apt-get update command.
