To install Rednotebook on Debian

RedNotebook is a Wiki-data-style journaling journaling tool with calendar support. Rednotebook has a myriad of features, but its installation is quite simple. In this article, you will get to know the installation method of Rednotebook on Debian.

Installation Rednotebook

Before initiating the installation of Rednotebook on Debian, make sure you add the apt sources.list. Use the following command for the same purpose. 

root@linuxhelp:~# nano /etc/apt/sources.list


Now, add the following lines to the file. 

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ stable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian jessie main

After adding the line, save and exit the file.


Once it is done, update the apt sources-list as follows.

Its time to install the Rednotebook package. Use the following command for the same purpose.

Once the package is installed, launch it through the Activities search bar.
