To install SlowMoVideo in Ubuntu 17.04

SlowmoVideo is an open source application used for creating slow-motion videos, which means you can smoothly slow down or speed up your footage. You can also add motion blur to your video in SlowmoVideo. The slow motion technique from SlowmoVideo is due to the usage of ffmpeg which reads and writes video files. It tries to find out where pixels move in the video (this information is called Optical Flow), and then uses this information to calculate the additional frames between the ones recorded by your camera.
