Answer
Change the name of your Computer with name other than ADMIN-PC
To change it,
- Open the File explorer
- Right Click On the MyComputer or This PC
- Click On Properties
- Click On Change Settings in the
Computer name,Domain and WorkGroup Settings - Enter the Administrators Password if it prompts
- In the Computer Name Tab, Click On Change and rename the name and Click OK
Restart the Computerto apply the changes
Thus resolves the issue

Hello,
My system has shutdown all of a sudden with a blue screen error .I had restarted the system,when i checked my logs ,it has shown the error like:
* The name "ADMIN-PC :20" could not be registered on the interface with IP address 192.168.5.26. The computer with the IP address 192.168.5.28 did not allow the name to be claimed by this computer. * The server could not bind to the transport \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{*********************-*****-**} because another computer on the network has the same name. The server could not start.How to resolve the Issue ?
