Answer
- Just check out whether heidesql has been installed or not in your windows machine.
- To check ,
Control panel ------> programs and features------>Uninstall or change a program (Check Heidesql)
if Heidesql is not installed,just install it
Restart the system
Try running the database,Issue Fixed

Hello.While using Laragon,I have clicked on the database and the following error shows up..
