How to do Payment on Invoice Ninja
In our preceding article, we have seen how to create a new invoice in Invoice Ninja. Today you will be explained on how to do payment on Invoice Ninja. Invoice Ninja is a popular, open source application for invoicing, tracking time, expenses and accepting payments from customers. It supports 45 integrated payment gateways to send invoices to customers within seconds.
Payment Procedure
To start with the payment procedure, log in to invoice ninja with your credentials. The dashboard appears on the screen with all the required options.
Go to the payment menu on the left pane of the menu and a table containing previous payment will be shown as below.
Enter the required details such as product name, client' s details, payment option, payment date and Transaction reference invoice number.
Save the following changes.
After your payment, the payment status is changed to complete status.
