Answer
If you use init 6 command it will stop all the running services properly while it rebooting your system, instead if you use reboot command it may not stop all the running services properly

Difference between init 6 and reboot command
Is there any difference between init 6 and reboot command? Sounds like both the command is used to reboot the server, but most of the people suggest me to use init 6 command. Why should not i use reboot command?
