may be these two types of files are blocked. check your apache configuartion beacause in apache configuration there is option avilable to block particular file types. you just remove or uncommand that particular lines then restart apache server it will works...

webpage files are not able to access on APACHE
hello when i try to access my webpage content files only few files are listing particularly .jpg and pdf files are not able to access. but that flles are peresented in document root directory. i dont why it unable to access please give solution to slove this issue.
